Rosa Mexicano
A mexican restaurant that placed quite a bit of emphasis on style. The wall leading upstairs had water running down the side with miniature divers. The pomegranate margaritas, at $12 a pop, pack a bit of wallop (as in having that third one was probably not a good idea). I had some sort of lamb shank that was very tender but lacked flavor. Perhaps I set my expectations too high after tasting the guac, which was much better than dos caminos' and mama mexico's. The quest continues...
